The begining

This is a 14 week plan for training for jogging a 10k, I hope to follow it and eventually run a 10k before the end of the year!

Week 1- walk 10mins|jog 10mins|walk 10mins
Week 2-  as above
Week 3- as above
Week 4- as above
Week 5- walk 10mins|jog 15mins|walk 10mins
Week 6- walk 5mins|jog 20mins|walk 5mins
Week 7- walk 5mins|jog 25mins|walk 5mins
Week 8- walk 5mins|jog 30mins|walk 5mins
Week 9- walk 5mins|jog 35mins|walk 5mins
Week 10- walk 5mins|jog 40mins|walk 5mins
Week 11- walk 5mins|jog 45mins|walk 5mins
Week 12- walk 5mins|jog 50mins|walk 5mins
Week 13- walk 5mins|jog 55mins|walk 5mins
Week 14- Walk 5mins|jog 60mins|walk 5mins

Do this at least 3 times a week.
